CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Is there anything you want to return? Isn’t the size you chose yours? Do you prefer another color? Although we hope you like everything you have bought, exchanges and returns are free and you can always make them in the month after receiving your order.
Want to Exchange or Return an unwanted item?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you, and you want to exchange the product or want your money back. Don’t worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we can exchange the product for you or accept it as a return, subject to the rules below, which include rules around fair use.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or another item within 15 days of receiving it, we’ll be more than happy to do it. An article only can be exchanged for another one with the same or higher value.
The products you order can only be exchanged one time. If, when you receive your exchange order, you are not satisfied, you have to only return/ship it to us.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method, subject to confirmation.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but this process includes banks and while they generally process within the stipulated time, there might be a delay in special cases.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so let us all be responsible and considerate.
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads – way, way more than even the most loyal Living Legend customer would order or the items returned don’t match what you ordered – then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

How to proceed
The process to cancel an order:
Step 1: Go to the website and click on Sign In.
- Click on My Account on the top right-hand side corner of the website.
- Choose the order number or product your want to cancel.
- Click on the “Edit or Cancel” option in line with the order number.
- Click on Cancel under Order actions.
- Indicate why you are returning the item and click on the proceed button.
Step 2: Place the article in the box
- You can use the original packaging where the goods were delivered or another packaging since it is not damaged.
- In case you decided to use the original packaging, please empty it and just put the item you want to return.
- Close the box and stick it.
Step 3: Item will be picked-up
- The logistics provider will collect your order within 3 days.
Step 4: Refund
- After fully examining the product we will notify you of your right to a refund (if any). The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
